Dental Treatments

Regular check-ups prevent the need for treatment

People who visit dentists regularly decrease the chances of needing dental work and when they do, they are likely to have less done. You will be told about the latest advances in ways to brush, the best brushes, flosses, to buy and the best toothpaste etc.

We recommend you have regular check-ups. We allow you to book your appointments in advance. Read more about appointments.

Dentist Hygienist

Dental hygienists are specially trained to work with the dentist and are mainly concerned with keeping the teeth free of plaque and the gums healthy. They will teach you the correct way to brush.

Cosmetic Dentistry

Cosmetic dentistry is becoming increasingly popular. Teeth are such an important part of how a person looks, and can give a person confidence as well as making them look younger and more attractive.

Our most common cosmetic dentistry treatments include:

Teeth Whitening

Our Dentists will advise you on the best whitening treatments for your teeth. Teeth whitening can correct and improve the colour of teeth that are stained by smoking, food, drinks like coffee, tea or red wine, or poor oral hygiene.

White Fillings (Composites)

A dental composite material is applied into a cavity or on the surface of a tooth, where it is then sculpted into shape, contoured and hardened with a high-intensity light. This is ideal for chipped, broken, discoloured or decayed teeth.

Dental Veneers

Dental Veneers are made to fit each individual tooth. A thin piece of porcelain is made to fit over the surface of each tooth. Veneers are used to correct and improve teeth which have uneven spaces, gaps, chipped, discoloured or crooked teeth.

Crown & Bridges

A crown is a hollow cap used to cover a tooth to strengthen or improve its appearance. Crowns are cemented onto existing teeth and can be made of porcelain, ceramic, acrylic, gold and metal alloys. Crowns can also be used to attach a bridge. Bridges are commonly used to replace missing teeth. The bridge fills the space where the tooth is missing and is attached to the crowns on either side of the bridge.
